- Your application reference, for example TDSA-APP-2026-0001
- The email address you used on the application
A reference is not a membership number
The reference only confirms that TDSA received your application. A permanent membership number in the form TDSA/B/YYYY/NNNN or TDSA/D/YYYY/NNNN appears here after an authorised administrator approves the application.
This check needs both details together, and it returns only your status. Phone numbers, institution records and internal identifiers are never shown on this page. Approved members sign in at the member area for their profile and card.
